Place in the refrigerator for a few minutes before using the facial roller to enhance its effect.
Start by starting in the center of the face, under the eyes and cheeks, moving towards the hairline in short, smooth movements. Move to the jaw, still working in short movements, starting at the chin and going to the bottom of the ears. Then roll over the eyebrows and forehead in an up and down motion. Use the roller around your eyes and take extra care in this area. To finish, gently rotate the sides of the neck and then towards the center of the collarbone.
